Cobalt infused stoneware that rises up and crashes in a a dynamic blue wave. Finished with vibrant yellow and turquoise glaze. 
 
With the Plummet series, I drop a single thin slab of clay, inviting gravity and the force of the impact to sculpt kinetic shapes and intricate details. Each Plummet is a moment frozen in time, a visceral record of movement and materials colliding.
 
This original sculpture comes mounted on a custom backing board for easy installation on the wall. All hardware included.
